Refund policy

We uphold the "customer first" philosophy and are committed to providing customers with high-quality products and comprehensive after-sales service. However, oversights are sometimes unavoidable. Regardless of the situation, we will do our best to resolve it for you, therefore we have established a series of return policies to handle such unforeseen circumstances.

If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that after 30 days, you may not be able to apply for a return. Below is our process for handling various return reasons:

We will provide a full refund in the following situations, without requiring you to return any product:

1. The product has a quality problem and is not damaged by human error (photographs are required as evidence).

2. The product failed to arrive successfully, and the package was accidentally lost.

4. We sent the wrong product (except for slight color differences).

5. The customer canceled the order before the package was shipped.

Due to the high cost of international shipping, for returns not due to quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept returns for the following reasons, but the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs, and the returned item must be in perfect condition:

1. The buyer selected the wrong item or size and needs an exchange.

2. The buyer changed their mind after receiving the item and no longer needs it, wishing to return it.

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

1. The buyer purchased our customized item and wishes to return it for reasons other than quality issues.

2. The buyer damaged the item due to operational errors and requests a return.

We do not accept returns without prior notification from the seller. The buyer must first contact us via email and submit a return and refund request to the seller.

All our products adhere to a standardized return policy.

Return/Exchange Request Method: Communicate with us via email. If the return meets the conditions, we will send a return label. Once we receive the goods, we will process your refund.

Return/Exchange Processing Time: Within 3 business days.

Return/Exchange Related Costs: If the seller is at fault, we will bear the return shipping cost. If the buyer is at fault, the buyer will bear the return shipping cost. The specific cost will be determined by the buyer's local carrier.

Refund Methods are as follows:

- If you paid by credit card, the refund will be deducted from your credit card and you can see it on your next billing statement. The specific refund time depends on your issuing bank. Typically, refunds will arrive within 2-5 business days.

- If you paid using PayPal, the refund will usually be immediately credited to your PayPal account balance.
