Shipping policy

Our logistics policy is as follows:

1. Delivery Method: Free shipping on all products. We ship from Shenzhen, China, using a 4PX carrier to transport the goods to the buyer's country's customs. After customs clearance, the local authorities will determine the next logistics carrier, typically UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, or other major logistics companies. The final stage involves door-to-door delivery to the buyer's address. There is no delivery fee, and delivery time is usually around 3 days. Delivery will fail if the buyer's address is incomplete or if the delivery person refuses entry.

2. Buyers can verify the product details on-site. If they need to refuse delivery, they should refer to our return policy to decide how to handle the after-sales service. If the buyer is at fault, our company will not bear any corresponding losses and will not issue a refund. Buyers can choose to process the return instead of directly refusing delivery. If the seller is at fault, such as due to product quality issues, the buyer can directly refuse delivery without bearing any responsibility. Once the package tracking information shows "delivered," it means it has been signed for.

Hello, after your order is completed, our warehouse will arrange shipment. After shipment, we will send you the tracking number via email or SMS.
